When will I receive my photos or videos?

We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround without compromising quality! Depending on the event or project, photography galleries may be delivered the same day or within 24 hours. Larger projects, branding sessions, and video production may require additional editing time. Your expected delivery timeline will be communicated before your shoot.

What happens if Social One is unable to complete my scheduled shoot?

While we make every effort to fulfill each booking as planned, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If we're unable to complete a scheduled service, we'll communicate with you directly to discuss the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, this may include rescheduling the remaining services or providing an appropriate partial refund for work not completed. Any refund will take into consideration the services already provided, time invested, and terms of your booking agreement.

How does your social media management work?

Our social media management services go beyond simply posting content! We take a strategic approach to building and maintaining your brand's online presence. Depending on your package, services may include content planning, professional photography and videography, caption writing, scheduling, account management, and ongoing brand strategy. We work closely with each client to ensure their social media reflects their brand, connects with their target audience, and supports their business goals.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my shoot?

We understand that plans can change! We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling requests be communicated as early as possible. All bookings are subject to availability, and deposits or payments may be nonrefundable depending on the timing and terms of your agreement. Last-minute changes may result in additional fees.

How far in advance should I book Social One?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events, weddings, brand campaigns, and seasonal projects. Our calendar fills quickly, particularly during peak event seasons. While we occasionally accommodate last-minute bookings, availability is never guaranteed.

Not at all! Social One is a full-service creative agency offering professional photography, videography, social media management, content creation, UGC, brand strategy, website design, and creative marketing solutions. Whether you need coverage for a single event or a long-term creative partner, we can customize our services around your goals.
